Minecraft - Pocket Edition is a great way to experience the fun of the PC version of Minecraft while on the go. The software is slightly scaled back compared to the full version, but the app is totally free. The user interface has been upgraded to be compatible with smartphones.

There are a few features of the full game that are left out of this free version of Minecraft - Pocket Edition. For instance, the full game includes a total of 36 block types for players to use, while this version only includes 18. Despite having only half the available blocks, players can still use the system to build stunning structures.

Of course, there are a few drawbacks to using this free version. One of the main negatives is that it is impossible to save structures in between building sessions. That means that you can't go back to the app and see what you built last time, and the app resets every time it is closed.
